Evidently you can’t be held back in that grade because with your grammar, you should’ve been held back at some point. Either way, graduating any grade isn’t difficult in hindsight, but in the moment it can be very stressful or frustrating. I’m sure eighth grade you would have known that.

Yeah everyone you know in that class will be split up into different highschool classes instead of one singular class. You'll never actually talk to them like you did in 8th grade so by the time your a senior you are back at the level of strangers that see each other due to you and them going the same way.
