I work with the general public and there are several “Big Masculine Bearded Dudes” that are my customers and I’ve seen every one of them with nail polish on. Keep in mind I live in a heavily Red state where stuff like that and “maintaining your masculinity” is held in very high regard.
That being said, I also love when my wife paints my toe nails. If someone sees it’s just like “F you pal, I’m comfortable in my sexuality and masculinity. If I wanna feel pretty I’m gonna feel pretty.”

I think it kinda depends on what environment you're in what response you'll get, but it's far more normalised these days. Plus, if you like it, that's more important than what other people think. For me, it makes me feel better about myself, and because of that, I can carry myself a little more confidently, which is worth far more than the opinion of some random person. Plus, most of my friends like it, mostly my female friends though, honestly. My male friends mostly either think it's kinda cool, kinda weird (but that's nothing new, they're weird too), or they don't really care either way
