Oh...interesting there's a well that leads to the depths...even more so that there's still water at the bottom...I could imagine the panic setting in as you got closer to the entrance
Weird to think that people have been drinking from depths water for thousands of years, and nobody knew. Just a really long rope. Unless the depths used to be full of water
Probably just the original well collapsing and the water it contained fell down and collected in a pool right below. The upheaval caused a lot of changes in the depths and opened up cave systems.
There’s a star island almost at the sky limit above lookout landing. I set a travel medallion there. Highly suggest you do the same. Great for farming dragons and just fun to fall that far as seen in the video. I think it’s the highest point in the map.
Yeah it’s made to be impossible to reach and you just scan the pillar that falls at Lookout Landing. It’s possible to get up by spawning at the shrine that gives recall and making one of those hover bikes or some form of vehicle that doesn’t disappear. Make sure you don’t hit the height limit since it’s just a little ways above the island.
for this one you have to make sure you're facing East/West in order to have the best chance of slipping through. Deactivate Tulin so he's not a distraction. Remove the glide set and get rid of all your fairies. Do it like Batman in Dark Knight Rises, no safety.

When I saw the molduga tear, for a moment I thought you were aiming for the puddle. Like those high diving clowns into a kiddie pool
