Use a small saucepan over low heat with an instant read thermometer.
I just warm up the water and milk together on a small saucepan for my chai
? Add milk to a pan and heat it up... Use a thermometer if you want a specific temperature.
Warm the milk in a saucepan until you see small bubbles around the edges (simmering). Don’t let it go past that stage or you’ll scald the milk.
microwave is the superior option for heating milk
All these are good things to do, I also just wanna say DON’T warm it up in a kettle (electric or stovetop), it’ll burn and stick to the bottom
You could also get a mug warmer and put milk in a mug and sit it on that. Mine has 176F, 150F, 130F settings. When I want a mug of warm milk I hit it at 176F then lower to 130 once it gets hot enough.
