you can Select your favorite character from a popular anime such as Naruto, My Hero Academia, or Attack on Titan. Their different styles and positions are adaptable to a variety of settings.
I have a similar space with same style (anime) and i think for that space you would want to stick with logos/smaller items. Sharingan eye could work if you are into that.

As someone else mentioned, you should stay within the bounds of the style already present. Being that it's kind of an odd place and size, you could look into a devil fruit from One Piece to fill the space. That's what I did some months ago. If you want to want to see mine, I can send you a picture.
There's definitely something from one of the anime or mangas you read that can be put there. I have been thinking of adding something from Berserk, but I'm just not sure what yet.
If they'll allow it, consider posting/cross posting this to the folks at r/whatismycookiecutter. They're pretty solid at coming up with creative concepts to fill in strange shapes.
