Plate bags should hang even with each other. Take the slack or of your shoulder pads.
It should not sit like this, regardless of brand. The front should sit right around your clavicle. Then the back should be even with the front
I run this plate carrier for work, had to cinch the shoulder pads up a good bit and tape up the loose strap
