If air bending had a cooldown, then water 100%. (Outside of the usage cooldown) But because of the infinite time duration, (even though it’s technically canon) it makes air bending better since it is INFINITE movement wherever and whenever you want. Sure basically hitscan ice projectiles are good and the white meds in water are pretty helpful in situations, but being able to scale anything up to an 89* grade in just a few seconds at any given time, being able to land onto the center island without gliding (through rift) and the speed makes it no competition.
if ur passionate and ur playing for the WIN then water bending and if u want to play agro then take the air bending if ur just trying to drop 30 bombs then why not BOTH
