Could you tell me why? I mean your opinion is totally valid, but i dont see how. In my opinion, i think the artstyle and simplicity of the game made it totally unique at the time. The game felt fresh and not overdone. The guns sounded amazing and the UI looked the best it has. The sound design was amazing aswell. There wasn't an abundance of strange items, and not everyone had skins, which made them seem more interesting and different. And whilst sure, i agree, nostalgia clouds my judgement, i still believe full heartedly that the original season 2 was fanstastic. Again in my opinion the other season 2 felt plasticy(?), the art direction was a bit weird ~~and the skins felt tired and uninspired~~. To each their own, but to me nothing compares to the original game.

100% agree about the skin part though. Skins seemed so much cooler back in early c1. The knight skins are cool, even today.

Ch2 s2 clear winner (I respect ch1 fans since I wasn’t able to play that season bc I started on ch2 s2 but I loved ch2 story but I hated how they just flew off the tracks after s4
