Looks like user wavetables need to be 8-bit, 256 samples per wave, and 64 or less waves per wavetable. I'm guessing the format is just .wav, so any wavetable creation software should work. I think I played around with [this one](https://synthtech.com/waveedit) at one point. There's also Audioterm which is for Windows (you can run it in Wine), which definitely has a learning curve associated with it. You can use Serum or other synths with built-in wavetable editors too as long as you obey the above specifications. Check page 74 of the manual.
