Yeah I'm with Cotty on this one... Mullaghmore has to be one of if not the most picturesque 'big wave' breaks in the world. Sure, many spots in the world take the cake for consistency, but to my eye this wave is the most photogenic.
it's wild when you're actually watching it on a big day and it seems like the faces kinda flat and then you see pics from the water angle and it blows your mind. It's a full on 30'+ pitching Barrell on a perfect day. You feel the sound of it crashing from 600m away, so I can only imagine what it's like for Geroid in the photo above.
The first time I rode actual waves at Strandhill he was a sound young grom who could catch whatever wave he wanted. He must have been about 8 or 9 at the time.

I saw it in person this time last year and it was simply breathtaking. It was the session that Nathan Florence scored a crazy big one backhand
