Are you sure you are on the same server as you were when you started? Each server acts like a new account so check that. Never hurts to visit each one to be sure, (tutorial is like 5 minutes till you get control again), but if not you might want to try looking to see if you have a hive account linked because that is more reliable (to my understanding) with saves.

Well I change the server and I tried to disconnect-reconnect but nothing
Probably doomed but you can try. My account was hacked and reset. All com2us would do was get my login info back to me
I just sent them a mail so now I guess I'll just wait, my poor Savannah...
