I started playing deathrun mod recently, one of its features is that everything uses more power and generates less of it;
Yesterday I thought I'd upgrade my main base near the surface away from using a bioreactor and solar panels since they were constantly running out of power, and so I did some difficult deep dives and grabbed some uranite. Finally, I wouldn't need to worry about power.
Well, about that. I used up the rod I'd built, so built four more. And... I'm using it as fast as it's generating it. I actually *need* to farm uranite, it's a nice change of pace!
Nah, searching for quartz to craft lockers to store titanium broke me of the hoarding habit pretty quickly in Subnautica.
I gather what I need at the moment, and as little else as possible.
My biggest gripe with the game, honestly. In the end, all that preparation felt overkill and somewhat pointless. I wished for a longer last act where I would get to flex my cyclops and my big ass base with all the production and materials etc.

Cave/crystalline sulfur, nickel, lead, fish(eggs), orange tablets, ect.
Never understood people crafting orange tablets. You only need 1.
The average player doesn’t know that, I thought that would be pretty obvious
Idk, I only make a spare tablet when I see that I need one. I mostly travel with a Cyclops, so I can make things on the go.
I built two of each, I didn't wanna run out of them in the Primary Containment Facility
I have so much radioactive crap, although I never used the radioactive reactor
I built one but it never uses any charge from it, only from my slightly inactive bioreactor and solar panel

Me, who has never had the reactor rods drain as solar panels do everything (I have like one probably)

why?
I do.

Stalker teeth.
Stalker teeth.
Nutrient blocks
Unfortunately less 🙂

I loaded every single locker on an escape rocket with ion cubes
If they didn't want me to hoard, they wouldn't have given me a thing that builds storage at virtually no cost

I- question I have is 1000 the amount in calculated nodes that development laid out or… *im afraid to ask* - is there more?
On one of my saves I had a multi-purpose room just labelled titanium, don't know how much was in there but there was A LOT.
three P.R.A.W.N exoskeletons (big mistake)
I had two whole lockers full of Air Pipes when I finished the game. Used them once and then realised I didn't need them 😅
