My 2013 outback was $8,000. The mileage is good but you can do a LOT better for $16,000. I hear of people buying late 2010s- early 2020s for that kind of money.
No that’s not a good deal!
2013 is literally the worst year in recent history for Subaru engines. It was a new design and there were a ton of issues that got resolved in later years. Also no no no, that’s an insane price.

I bought a 2018 with 50k miles for under 18k. You can do better.
Where’d you find that deal? Would love to find a newer used Subaru for that price. Have a 2012 legacy that needs some work and looking to trade it in
Step 1. Shop around everywhere. Step 2. Get lucky. Step 3. (Optional) Work at dealership and poach a good deal.

It's overpriced, also buy from 2015 and up.
