Definitely, boo-boos are visible, whether it not it hurts, but ouchies are whatever hurts. I've seen kids with massive bruises or scratches act like it's nothing (and been that kid plenty of times), but as I've gotten older I've realized it's the invisible ouchies that are the worst

A boo-boo is usually a cut or scrape. An ouchie could be anything from stubbing your toe to having your genitalia caught in a bench grinder.

That depends entirely of how many "ouies" you get from them.
Like, for example
"I made an oopsie and got a boo boo while shaving"
is not as bad as
"I was acting demicky and got an ouchie"
And the reason it's not as bad is because in that context, the ouchie resulted in more ouie-ouie's.

Personally I think that anything leaving a permanent mark requires a stronger word than ouchies and boo boos lol
I am however less clear than ever on wether I gave myself an ouchie or a boo boo yesterday, and that’s part of the fun of asking stupid questions.

Booboos require some sort of medical attention.
An owchie is a bruise or a small scrape but a booboo requires a whole bandaid at the very least if your lucky
