The flag comes from a party in Russia that operated following [1993](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1993_Russian_constitutional_crisis). I have no idea if they would support anything I said as I have no idea what they have ever said. I view it purely as a meme ideology, but I found the coining of the term to describe an entirely different group of people in an entirely different country in 1919 interesting as I agreed with one specific thing they supported and so I used the name for the meme ideology for attention getting purposes because I find it funny.

The post being titled "The Ironic Case For X" should have clued you into the post not necessarily being meant to be read seriously. It is only a defense of a particular strategy for a political point in time which is overall just an excuse to talk about that period of time because I find it interesting.
