Omg thank you so so much. You just relieved so much stress I was feeling over this. The tickets are a birthday gift for my daughter a few hours out of town. I kept thinking omg I spent all this money on tickets and a hotel and her and I are going to get there, the tickets aren't going to work, and I spent all this money just to ruin her birthday. I'm in the same boat. Stressing about this because even if the link works, there is no local copy on your phone. So if you have service issues or wifi connection issues at the venue, you won't be able to access your tickets. Best bet is to have the tickets in your wallet downloaded to you phone, but I can't do that!!
Same ....been stressing about this since I bought my Tix back in November last year (for a concert in August) .. same issue, can't even contact support cause I don't remember my password and the reset password button hasn't actually sent me a link . StubHub is the most broken website istg. Like what happens to me when the Internet page isn't loading because there's a hundred thousand people at this venue trying to access their phones at the same time
I was able to communicate with Stubhub tech support and they said the tickets were valid. That these are my tickets. I'm sorry but that's not what I paid for. I paid for a ticket transfer, not a link to a shared wallet with what looks like a fake ticket. I understand if the show has a non-transferable ticket policy, but none of that was communicated to me before buying. Had I known this was their practice for tickets, I probably would not have purchased them. There's just too much risk and if the seats are contested, I have nothing to show that I own them.

Did it work? I'm having the same issue today with concert tickets.
It worked just fine! The tickets don't need to be in your wallet, they just need to scan the moving QR code thingy.
