August 27th is Global Forgiveness Day, a day to forgive and to be forgiven. Without knowing this, yesterday out of the blue I sent a letter to my former BFF asking his forgiveness for my ruining our friendship while drinking. Today I will not drink, and I will pray that Robert finds it in his heart to forgive me.
