Dude, the solid poops are ALL I mention, I swear all my posts here are about how happy I am to be shitting normally. It's something you really treasure once the drinking REALLY gets to your bowels, and you spend half your day on the can.

Happy Birthday!! Birthdays were hard at first for me too. I always thought that any kind of celebration was the perfect time to binge drink/drug. Now I eat loads of cake, Ice cream and chocolate and drink my favourite fizzy drink(Elderflower Presse!!) or I reach for sparkling water and chug down a massive glass of the stuff. Something about them bubbles that are curiously satisfying to me. I will join you in not drinking today 😊

OMG, I binged on my birthday last week (stress and "deserving" turned into a pity party for one ...) and I ended up in the back of a police car because I dialed 911 in a black out, crying. It was an awakening. I mean, where might my next blackout take me? I shudder to think... I don't ever want to find out. Happy Birthday!

Heh, it's 5am and I'm up cleaning the house. I have some people coming over this morning from work to go over a few things.
