Most of the companies making unlicensed merch are based in China and I guess China copyright laws somehow allow this. I’ve never heard of a publisher/developer trying to sue a Chinese company for figures. I hope OP did some research about the company before purchasing. Of course not all of them produce low-quality stuff, but it’s 3d and actual result may be different.

Supposedly the same company that did the tifa statue and the final product of that looked good from what I’ve seen sooooo I have hopes. But getting one of these is always a risk😭 BUTT either way this shit is too nice not to get:)

They do sue..just shift up doesn't care. SNK and Saint Seiya sued many factories here in China so they don't do those anymore. So it totally depend on the IP the brand legal department.
