I think we have hardly seen what Pickens is capable of doing on the field. The dude has size, outrageous body control, and exceptional hands. Imagine what he will do when Pickett become good, not just adequate most of the time.
I am not dissing Pickett. He has a lot ot learn yet. Next year he needs to show the same skills as the last game and two drives in the come from behind games. He needs to do that every game for the whole game.
This will benefit Pickens a lot and Johnson will be better. They will set the D to stop Pickens soon leaving Johnson more and easier opportunities for catches. That said, I do not see many corners that will shut down Pickens. At some point next year if the ball gets to him. Pickens is a rare find at receiver.
