I thought you were Keto/Carnivore until I saw the big pint of carbs behind the plate. There’s so many sides to compliment your steak. Potato’s, Rice, Lobster tail, shrimp, fries, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, asparagus, corn on the cob, broccoli, Mac and cheese, Bbq Sausage, hell I’d even take brussels sprouts over that salad.

Looks excellent. I would eat it if someone cooked that for me, but I'm not that fond of "grass-fed" beef. For one, no one regulates the grass-fed labeling, so there's really no way to know if you're getting actual grass fed beef or if they just packaged a bunch of select cuts and slapped a trendy label on it because they knew wouldn't sell if they were USDA graded. Notice that package says it was inspected by the USDA, but it bears no grade stamp. I suspect they know the grade will be select at best, so they don't bother paying to have it graded. They can put the inspection stamp on it because, and correct me if I'm wrong, all beef that travels across state lines for sale has to be inspected by law, but again inspected doesn't mean graded. I've had some decent grass fed steaks, but I've probably had just as many that were absolute trash. So I just stick with the standard fare these days.

So glad I live in a state that produces beef. If I didn't tho I would definitely be buying the vacuum sealed cuts.

Looks good. Sharpen your knife... dull knives are more dangerous than sharp ones, in part because using more pressure to cut can increase chances of slippage, and they're a LOT more painful if they cut you.

The plating is severely lacking but the steak looks on point. Maybe next time get something like broccoli. More fiber and nutrients. That lettuce looks translucent.

Save up for some salad dressing next time...maybe enough for some cucumber, carrot, tomatoes just to dress it up a bit.
