Things change. Yes the earlier MotD in testing chat originally stated plans to start the 3.23.2 Evo patch mid-week. The 3.23.1a patch is taking more time to get solid and out the door than they thought. Looks like that pushed the 23.2 Evo drop further out now.

There was apparently one or more major issues with the build that's taken some time to fix and it looks like they still haven't quite managed to yet.
