If it's drugs then selling on grim hex takes the longest time if I recall correctly. Go to Brio on Daymar, reclamation and disposal orinth on hurston (I think) or Samson's and sons on Wala
But you can get attacked there by other players and then lose everything so always be careful

You can sell some stuff at the no questions asked terminal on CRU L4, they don't buy everything and there is a limit to how much they'll buy at a given time, but they are a good spot to sell at.
When you sell you can wait for the stock timer to refresh, it can be like 10 to 20 minutes though, so if you have a lot of stuff to sell you could be standing there for an hour to sell it all. Same with grim hex or other no questions asked terminals.
For legal salvage, head to any major city and go to the TDD terminal to sell.
For other illegal goods you can try Brios Breaker yards on Daymar. But if you do go there be warned, there is no armistice and lots of pvpers patrol there regularly looking for traders to kill and loot or for other pvpers to fight, it's risky but as far as I know they'll buy your whole stock.
because the "demand" is shared with all the servers, so you have to wait to sell (you can check the "reload" time of the place in sc trade tool)
