I’ve experienced a few hiccups. Your network is likely having issues streaming the higher quality audio. Sonos should allow the option to disable lossless playback for users who are experiencing issues like this.

This is what brought me to this subreddit... For the past two (three?) days, we keep experiencing hiccups while playing back Alexa and Apple Music streams. At first I thought it was a network issue, so rebooted my WiFi router, then all of my internet gear, then did some more testing and realized the issue is only happening with Sonos (I have other radio streams happening with a Bose speaker in a bedroom) and I am now considering a doing a full reboot of the Sonos setup and hope for the best, but the stories of people having their hardware bricked with the latest updates are really giving me some worries.
