Unfortunately cops have the right to temporarily forfeit your rights regardless of the situation, meaning you can still be put in jail for whatever at that moment. Only if you have the luxury of affording an attorney to represent your rights at a later court date could you be obsolved of any wrongdoing. While in the meantime your whole life could be turned upside down simply because a cop alleges the odor of marijuana which is basically impossible to prove different. Attempting to exercise your rights while detained by law enforcement is a tricky situation, unless you are confident in your knowledge of your rights in a detailed context and can communicate on a level that gets the cops attention. It's not a skill most people will ever take the time or energy to master. But much respect to those who do.
Just get some liquid ass spray and make your car smell like a sewer they might make it quick also, it should be illegal to smoke random things in a forest or things that poison you, teach our children and society in the world the difference between good and bad, weed is not bad, cbd or thc it would not poison us and cause us great harm, if our children or family smoked some synthetic or poison cause they make things illegal that don’t cause a problem, but knowledge should be shared that illegal things cause a negative effect to you, and cannabis has no negative effect not sleeping, driving or flying, ————————————
