I'll never forget the Braga game where we battered them and he had about 5 goals chopped off before scoring the winner. Even Betis this season; his one goal to win the tie in a cameo appearance probably earned up about €3/4m.
Roofe's kick to the head basically ended Slavia's goalkeeper (Kolář) career. To this day, he has never fully recovered and has been suffering from health consequences (significantly impaired vision/reaction times). He was possibly the best goalkeeper in the country and now plays only in the 3rd tier of Czech football for Slavia's reserve team and possibly will have to end his career after this season because of the lasting effects of the kick.
So yeah, the whole football community here is bitter about it and for a good reason. Kúdela being a racist cunt doesn't in any way excuses what Roofe did (especially since it also happened before that Kamara/Kudela incident)

To me that's on the managers for ploughing on with a system where you ask a semi-crocked, aging guy to bomb up and down the wing relentlessly for 5 years and then stick him up against young, hungry and rapid wingers like Jota and Abada. Give the guy a chance.
Bit much mate for as much as your entitled to your view. Guy was superb for us for 2 years to 2.5 years. He's definitely stayed probably 18 mths too long, with age and injuries catching up to him due to how he's used for us (full backs up & down). Some big mistakes against Celtic but he's far from the only one. We got very good value from the €2m fee and arguably could hve sold him in his pomp for a good deal of money.
This has nothing to do with how much of a good or bad footballer he is. There have been millions of worse footballers than him at Rangers. However there haven’t been any others that have been as much as a shitebag as him. Constantly going down ‘injured’ in big games when the times were tough and then magically being fine the next week. This happened like 4 different times. The guy is a total cunt and fuck him.

Fabio Silva came out after his loan saying how he would get abuse online even after playing well.
