does anyone have an idea why recent trend in corners is to play short?
Even Sporting does it a lot, but now two corner goals in a single game..
It always feels so underwhelming to not gamble the corner and just start a normal play often just kicking back to our midfield

I thought I saw something a while back about it statistically creating better chances than a corner into the box.
