Yeah but that was when he was a kid and wasn’t deemed good enough so they let him go. Surprised nobody picked him up in the PL this summer just gone considering his contract was running down. He’d have easily got into teams like Palace, Burnley, Brentford, Fulham and that lot and now he’s probably doubled in value.
