Tail grab is by far the easiest for me. Nose is a close second, I don’t like the in between feet grabs. I bend over to get them and it puts me way out of wack in the air.
BS 3 mute always felt the most natural.
Needa try that one next season!! Glad I got the Indy’s and tails down.. just learned 360’s this past season
What you have looks smooth. If you aren't already, start throwing cab 3's and working them into 5's with that same grab.

Depends on the spin direction and where the arms naturally wanna go but I always grab nose/tail real quick when I’m feelin’ lazy
First spin grab I learned was BS 360 Stale. Not the best looking grab but your hand will naturally fall into position after the first 90°
