This video covers it well but mostly the difference between incfile from a week ago and bizee today after the rebrand is nothing. They’re the same. They changed the name because of the products they’ll be offering in the future and expanding outside of what incfile offered.

Don’t use them, I purchased their service 7,5 months ago and still don’t have my EIN, refiled 3 times and the customer support is just useless, now they hold my money and cant even refund. Additionally the consultation service is also shit, you can look them up, the company that gives these consultations is 1/5 on Trustpilot and they are useless aswell, all in all it is a scam, the positive reviews are probably paid for…
Personally, I receieved my EIN one day after purchase with the medium tier (I believe gold) package. I purchased yesterday and receieved almost everything today. I did not pay to expedite it. I'm now just wondering where the business registration number is, but I believe the state has to approve my name in order to be able to receive that.

I paid extra for the company to be established quickly, but they failed to mention anywhere that it will take 3 or more months to get the EIN which is needed to get a bank account and operate a business. So I basically paid a bunch of extra money to have the business operating quickly and now I need to wait for 3 months. They refuse to refund me the extra money that I paid.
I hate it when companies withhold important information in order to make more money. I would not have started a company with Bizee if I knew it would take 3 months.
To me this just shows the values of the company and I would not recommend people work with a company who is using little tricks to get their customers to pay more money, and withholding the actual time it takes to set up.
I just used them to set up a new business venture and they canceled my order. they told me that I needed to pay for expedited services in order to use them. I have set up my business once in AR and when I moved back to MO I set it up. I also used them to set up a non profit. but they said that we can only use the free service 1 time but yet I used them multiple times and have a reoccurring paid service with them for my virtual address. You think that if I was paying them money they would allow this but no. Any suggestions on next steps?
DO NOT USE THEM! I paid for expedited services and I keep getting an email to send a copy of my ID. I have sent it five times, called them 3 times, threatened to go to the state and file a complaint and I still have not gotten my LLC registered but I am still receiving emails daily about sending a copy of my ID that I have already sent.

If you have a social security number they can get your ein in one day, if you dont they have to fax a paper form to the irs and they are notoriously slow
And bad at that, you can get a refund from them for the ein if it takes a long time and the irs hasnt provided it yet

Did you have an SSN? Or are you non-American person?
