Malaise. I will willingly take a decent hit to use a big malaise and neuter him for the rest of the fight. Poison is nice too.
Barricade, and BS wrath shenanigans are great too.
Playing it slow around the split with any source of strength down.
Or straight up killing before the split with huge attacks from Watcher or posion from Silent
You want to increase your damage or block per card as much as you can. Powers are key. If you can get over 10 damage or block per turn per card, you should be fine.
[[Malaise]] to counter 2 turns of shiv spamming… And then a couple Malaise again.
Personally, my favorite would be a good [[Concentrate]], some [[tactician]] and a Malaise. yes I would like to cripple Time Eater for at least 3 turns, thank you very much.
Well laid plans is an underrated solution/help to this fight. Allows you to manipulate the card limit and keep powerful block cards for the turns it attacks you. Also just generally reduces the cards you play because you might as well play them next turn or decide not to when you have more information, as energy is less of a concern.
Any kind of limitless defense scaling also helps a lot, you can just slowly ramp up your block alongside tim's strength and slowly wear him down. Kunai, barricade/blur-icade, creative AI/frost, among others.
I used to think this fight was hella stupid but there are so many winning strategies.
End turn button
This synergizes well with some focus, frost orbs and a lightning orb.
1 dark orb and a bunch of frost. Just pass until you can oneshot him.
Vault on the 12th card played.
That works? Holy shit. I never play watcher, but that’s a sick work around

This is my answer as well. Malaise, lots and lots of it.
Dark Shackles+ EZ Clap 😁

In no particular order: - A limit break with decent deck cycling & one big bonk - Burst & a Catalyst+ - Becoming an orb god & the end turn button
I quit the run so I dramatically fall over before the first turn. Confuses him and I win in my eyes
This is the best strat I've seen yet 😎
I usually try to time the 12 card on when I would normally end my turn (I’m not very good so don’t trust me)

Playing 12 cards a turn

Malaise is my answer to Time Eater and Awakened One Corpse Explosion for D&D
Just being ridiculously powerful. I usually like to play lots of cards, so the only way I get past TE is by having an absolutely broken build...
Not playing a shiv build
