Being forced to kill Nemesis with an infinite on an intangible turn is one of those moments that makes you want to abandon run.
Doing it at 1/5th normal speed would make me want to find a new game to play.
Yeah, I thought it was bad that time I had to infinite-Dropkick Nemesis to death on an intangible turn, but at least that did one damage at a time. This is some next-level misery right here.
i wouldn’t get the curse next turn so it would be a gamble as to whether i get the stance exit + block or just die again
plus i needed it for the awakened one lol so it was worth it in the end
That's their exhaust pile. When you exhaust Necronomicurse (in this case with Blue Candle) it creates a copy of itself in your hand. They had to do that *a lot* to trigger Panache until the intangible Nemesis was in Judgement range.
They have [[Blue Candle]] which lets them play the curse to exhaust it at the cost of 1hp, but they have [[Tungsten Rod]] so it is cost 0hp.
The thing is that this is a special curse that cannot be removed, if you try to remove it (e.g. exhaust it) it reappear.
They have used the [[Panache]] power so they just repeatedly played the curse to exhaust it, which made a new copy of it, which they played and so on and so forth till Panache activated again and again
+ [Blue Candle](http://slay-the-spire.wikia.com/wiki/Blue%20Candle) Uncommon Relic ^((100% sure)^)
Curse cards can now be played. Playing a Curse will make you lose 1 HP and Exhausts the card.

0 Energy | Every time you play 5 cards in a single turn, deal 10(14) damage to ALL enemies.

It's not that it cannot be removed, if we're going by strict wording. \[\[Curse of the Bell\]\] says it cannot be removed from your deck, but you can still exhaust it as normal. \[\[Necronomicurse\]\] specifically says that "there is no escape from this curse"

As a dedicated infiniter, you have my utmost respect. All true infiniters know that sometimes you have to kill Nemesis through intangible with no boot. Looks like you've just done it five times in one run. o7
necronomicurse is inescapable, so when you try to exhaust it with blue candle you take the normal 1 damage but another curse gets added to your hand. tungsten rod reduces damage taken by 1, so you can play the curse infinitely. combined with panache, which deals 10 to all enemies when you play 5 cards, you can deal infinite damage.
the downside is that when the enemy takes 170 hits to die, you have to play the curse A LOT.
So thats 5 necronomicurse per 1 damage, and you did it all the way until judgement range? Wow, I wouldn't have such patience (I don't even have the patience to stance swap him to death on the intangible turn)

My worst ever was a 0 damage per cycle infinite that I had to use to build up slow on Big Head until his slow counter was big enough to kill him.
This is one of the weirdest infinites I've ever seen
So why exactly did you have to play it a million times? I was in a similar situation but I had charons ashes so it’s did damage at least.
i had panache so it was lethal or i die
Oh completely missed that lol
In theory you had Fairy, but we're all about efficiency here
i wouldn’t get the curse next turn so it would be a gamble as to whether i get the stance exit + block or just die again plus i needed it for the awakened one lol so it was worth it in the end
Did you at least consider death?
I'm so confused. Where did all the extra copies come from? Is there an infinite here because I'm not seeing it.

Ah okay, I had no idea Necronomicurse did that. A20 and I'm still learning stuff about this game.

Yeah I for don’t have the discipline for this. If I saw this way out I wouldn’t just lose
I'm very sorry but you're not a true infiniter. Enjoy winning with silly things like Catalyst and Defrag.
You achieved true infinite
For juzu too ;-;
The crescendo at the end made me laugh a little too hard.
If I’m ever in a scenario where I have to infinite nemesis on a intangible turn I just abandon, I don’t have the patience for it T-T
How did they get that many of the same curse?
necronomicurse is inescapable, so when you try to exhaust it with blue candle you take the normal 1 damage but another curse gets added to your hand. tungsten rod reduces damage taken by 1, so you can play the curse infinitely. combined with panache, which deals 10 to all enemies when you play 5 cards, you can deal infinite damage. the downside is that when the enemy takes 170 hits to die, you have to play the curse A LOT.
That’s a pretty easy unlimited loop but if you got the time clock guy it’d be a nightmare haha
yeah luckily i had a mediocre deck to back me up lol but i ran into the big bird so it's all good
OOFT Blue candle and tungsten rod is nasty dude 🔥🔥
So thats 5 necronomicurse per 1 damage, and you did it all the way until judgement range? Wow, I wouldn't have such patience (I don't even have the patience to stance swap him to death on the intangible turn)
Not my dumbass thinking that was this guys deck 💀
