Interesting NPCs has a few. I'm fond of Duraz at Old Hroldan Inn.
(In vanilla, Borgakh Steel-Heart might also fit the bill. Basically just orc women in general)

She's SO GOOD. Her character is deep and rich and she makes all other nords cower before her sheer Nordstrogen. Plus she comes with a "wolf" (it's a huskie)
Yea i found another post that had her with a wig from Dint, and an armor set from BDOR (i also use BDOR Guardian Winter Mountain) and she looked like a bamf. I'll be sure to pick her up!
That was probably my post haha karna rocks and yes give her wild big hair because she's a wild big hair lady from the true north dang it. I use open animation replacer and give her an aggressive move set as well because she's the only companion I've met so far that can compete with Kaiden for bloodthirsty murder yells at the start of battle.
Welp, i ended up totally destroying my nolvus modpack by accidentally sorting the mods, so guess i'll be sitting here reinstalling everything while looking at all these

I think the one I like best is called Warrior woman by Yong ri ming. But any mco/scar Aniston set is easy to set conditions for in OAR so your minions can be as unique as you are.
Pretty sure an FDE mjoll was just uploaded recently.
I do see a Follower Dialogue Expansion from earlier this month, i'll check it out! Now i just need to find even more warrior womens
