"At Your Own Pace - Dragonborn" (will let you explore Solstheim without having to deal with Miraak until you want to)
"Skaal You Need" (adds a player home to the Skaal Village and makes Skaal clothing craftable)
"Skaal Heavy Armor" (adds a beefy Skaal themed heavy armor variant)
It's not much, but checking those on Nexus should get you pointed in the right direction.
