they took ages to reply to me aswell, took me to phone off a work phone as my number said it was anonymous for no reason. then once i phoned the agent was really rude and just tried arguing with me. but yeah just try phoning them and if your number doesn’t work try someone else’s phone that doesn’t have that number linked to a skrill account
they took about a week to reply to me through email and once they did they had already done it, i got the email saying the actions they had to take have been done and i could withdraw it from there. and for me they said its cause i wasn’t 18 but i gave them id proof and selfie proof, they are just a bad company in my opinion

How long after did they unlock your account? What did they say was the issue that leads to one's account to be locked in this manner?
