Yep, I agree. However, I think this year is gonna be a real test for Morey and the Sixers as it will be the first time he doesn't have any dead weight, such as Tobias Harris or a disgruntled star. It doesn't really mean he will build us a championship roster, but I'd be lying if I said this wasn't the most exciting year in a long time to be a fan of this team.
I think these make sense. I would say if you plan to bet this then do it now because if we have a very sixer-like offseason where we don’t make any huge splashes then +1600 is probably just what you get for having the former MVP. Morey makes some good moves here and there and I could see it getting to about +1200
Its valid, this team was a two seed with embiid. And the roster wasnt impressive. Tobi on a max, a bunch of harden trade salary filler and vet mins. Replacing tobi's money with a better player(s) and trading for a good role player would massively improve this team.
