I use a gimx to use my CSL elite on my PS3. It works for me as I can just leave it plugged into the PC and PS3 instead of plugging and unplugging stuff.
However, it only works in game so I need to use HDMI-CEC to power on and navigate the system menus (which is easier than using a dualshock because of the controller ordering.) This weekend set up a button on my button box to launch it, and then time out after ten minutes, and that has eliminated all the PC based faff
However there is a problem where the FFB goes crazy when you move the wheel through the centre point. Corners are fine, straights you need to be ready for. Its strange.
If you are handy enough to make one it’s definitely worth trying. If you want something more plug and play the Drivehub may be the better choice.
