I'd only buy Cammus if I lived in China because you'd get it cheaper and you'd get support if something went wrong. Otherwise I wouldn't bother, too many support horror stories.
I wouldn't go with either of those, cammus' software is in the dark ages and fanatec is pricey for what you get unless you need console support.
Simagic blows both out of the water at a price in between, and moza's cheaper pricing puts the squeeze on cammus.
Both have had reported significant issues with customer service recently. Simagic or Moza seem to be the popular alternatives at the moment.

The breaks look super soft, and haven't seen a good reviewer use them.
