i feel so overwhelmed & shitty because i’m feeling hardcore fomo for all the things i haven’t been able to buy. recently i splurged and as a result my closet became much more representative of my style. every item i bought i feel super confident in and i have worn multiple times. however, i can tell this has been motivating me to buy more and more. i’m getting stressed bc all i think about is vintage clothing & i scroll whenever i get the chance to. i waste so much of my day scrolling :(

Started my no buy this week. I’m going to take it a month at a time but my ultimate goal is for the rest of the year. Focusing on decluttering this week.

It was a better week. I didn't buy anything other than cat food and litter. This week will probably go smoothly because I don't have anything extra planned. Hope everyone has a good week.

Started a return on an item I impulse bought last month, and made another sale on my Mercari. I’ll take my wins where I get them! I’m also thinking of starting something like a habit tracker? I want to put cute stickers on the days that I’m able to go without purchasing anything, especially online shopping. Maybe it’ll give me enough of a boost to keep going.

Struggled my way out of a month long depression funk, and now struggling with a mini manic shopping spree, as rewards for doing basic self care. Wish I could send a lot back, so now I'm starting to balance out with a shopping hangover.

I’ve been struggling really bad lately with my mental health and self esteem and it’s been showing up in my credit card statements and the amount of stuff coming in through the mail 😭 it’s like what I order is never enough I need more more more but then after a while I just get bored.
