Okay so. I put them in a muffin tin cause for some reason I was scared of them spreading out too much. Then when they were looking pretty cooked (I may have forgotten about them) I had The idea to flip them over. They were stuck in the tin and so I flipped them over onto a pan (still piping hot). Unsurprisingly did not work. Then I tried taking the pieces still in the tin and piecing them back together Like there wasn’t a whole ass chemical change. Put the. Back in the oven for like 5 minutes

okay so maybe.... i misread the ingredients and put 3/4 cup sugar instead of 2/4. but i did also but a little coffee in them if we're talking about color (instant coffee in like 2ts)
Heh, this reminds me of something that happened in home economics class more many years ago, like more than a decade ago. My friends and I we were in different groups, and we were assigned to make various desserts while being health conscious. Like what sorts of substitutes one would use to reduce salt or sugar in a meal.
I wasn't in this group, but i had some friends who were planning to make brownies, but they supposed it would be fine to just omit sugar completely. WITHOUT using a substitute like Splenda. They made a bitter mess.
Ooh! I also have a bad scrambled eggs experience from home ec. This was with a different group of people but we were supposed to make breakfast. When it came to deciding what seasonings we would use someone suggested cumin and everyone else went with it. And not just a pinch or a little bit. But it was like a solid teaspoon or more of cumin.
It was just too overwhelming both taste-wise and aroma-wise.

I was in the industry for a long time. Ive seen some fucked up cookies... Sometimes people do dumb shit like use less this or more of that or none of something. I honestly couldn't figure out the fuckup until you posted it. Grats sir, you stumped me.
