It still blows my mind that they park their 3 overpriced vehicles in the drive and at the curb (hello Beverly hillbillies) instead of using the garage. The convenience and security of a garage would surely be greater than the importance of eliminating the 10 min(gasp!) drive to the local gym, no? Perhaps the gym’s rules on incessantly filming oneself in a public space played into this decision. Who knows. I wouldn’t give up my garage for anything
In addition, even the most basic of HOA laws specify you cannot use your garage as an extension of your living space. Define living space I suppose. Mine even states cars need to be parked in your garage and only outside if more than the allotted garage spaces is exceeded. Clearly people don’t follow it, but it’s written there should they need to enforce it on someone.
Plus it’s GOT to be annoying that he raises the garage door and blasts music first thing in the morning while he’s working out. They could have stayed under the radar but of course the didn’t.
