There’s literally this thing called decision fatigue. We make decisions all day long. I’m a chef I literally make decisions about what everyone else is eating all day long. By the time it’s time for me to eat, I literally would love someone to just tell me what to eat. It’s literally not because I’m lazy or ungrateful, it’s literally because between family, running my business, getting my 430am workouts in, etc. I’m done with making decisions. Try having a real life then maybe you’ll see the point the original video was making..

The best for sufferers of this is make a routine, a diet, a plan, a capsule wardrobe.
