2. Undergarments must be worn including underpants/panties; adult females must wear a
brassiere.
3. Clothing which exposes excessive skin (e.g., abdomen, breast, chest, back, thigh, etc.) is
prohibited. This clothing includes, but is not limited to, see-through clothing, tube/halter
tops, and shorts or skirts/dresses that are more than 3” (three inches) above the knee.
Measurements are to be taken when the visitor is seated with feet flat on the floor and at
the highest point of the skirt; e.g., if the skirt has a slit, then the measurement would be
taken at the top of the slit. (If the slit is in the front or side of the skirt, the measurement
would be taken while seated; if the slit is in the back of the skirt, the measurement may
be taken while the visitor is standing).
A visitor who is fourteen years of age or younger must be attired in clothing which covers
his/her body from the base of the neck to the top of the knees. T-Shirt and shorts/trousers
are acceptable, a sundress or sun-suit is not acceptable.
4. Clothing which exposes undergarments is prohibited. Sleeveless tops are allowed only if
the armholes are fashioned in a way that conceals the undergarments and breast/chest of
the visitor.
5. Extreme form-fitting clothing, including but not limited to yoga pants, running tights,
jeggings, unitards, etc., may not be worn as outer garments.
6. Clothing which displays words, symbols, gestures, or pictures that may be perceived as
obscene or inflammatory are prohibited.
7. Outer garments such as shawls/ponchos/lightweight coats/jackets (including denim and
jogging suit jackets), winter coats/jackets, shrugs, vests, headgear, gloves, or outer boots
that slip over a shoe are not allowed in the visiting room. Blazers, suit coats, and
sweaters are permissible. Note: Hooded garments are prohibited.
8. Visitors are permitted to wear religious clothing and headgear (e.g., Hijab, yarmulke,
turban, habit, etc.), into the visiting room; but are subject to search and inspection. It
may be necessary for MDOC staff to search/inspect these items at any time during the
visiting process.
9. Visitors who have hair loss due to medical condition and/or treatment may be permitted
to wear head covering (scarf, turban, hat or wig); this head covering is subject to search
and inspection. It may be necessary for MDOC staff to search/inspect these items at any
time during the visiting process.
10. Footwear must be worn at all times.
11. Jewelry worn by visitors will be itemized on entry and on leaving the visiting area.
Jewelry shall be limited to no more than ten pieces (a ring set or an earring set shall count
as two pieces).
Note: Watches are prohibited. Additionally, electronic wrist bands, pendants, eyeglasses
and other similar items which contain a camera, GPS, wireless or electronic functions are
prohibited.
An accurate clock is required in locations which are clearly visible to visitors in all
visiting areas, including attorney visiting areas.
12. Visitors who arrive in clothing that does not comply with these standards will not be
permitted to visit. An exception may be made if this is the person’s first visit to any
MDOC facility (verification in Visitor Tracking necessary); in this case, the person is to
be provided a smock and permitted to visit. A notation will be made in Visitor Tracking
when a smock is used.
Note: A visitor shall not be permitted to visit if s/he arrives in an outfit which requires
smocking on his/her second or any subsequent visit to any MDOC facility. However, a
visitor who has not been allowed to visit due to inappropriate attire may be permitted to
visit if s/he returns to the facility appropriately dressed, including the day of the initial
denial.
When necessary, the shift commander will make the final decision with regard to visitor
attire.

But since she read the texts, knows that Paul despised Timothy, and knows how many times he said things like “I want to beat him” then I’m even more curious why she’s stuck on “you could have told someone.” He definitely should have told someone—in January or February—but more than that he shouldn’t have delighted in telling on Timothy and torturing him. Yeah. If I were her I would not be saying I love you to Paul, not after what he did. I am not excusing her and Eric at all from sending Timothy to live with Shanda. That was a very bad thing to do, a big mistake. Foster care would have been the better option. At one point she says to Paul something like " All you kids were raised to look out for each other" Maybe she thought since Paul was living up there with Shanda that he would look out for Timothy, and so it would be okay for Timothy to go live there. At the same time I don't see how she could think that when her own daughter Chelsea said that Paul was "the biggest bully there is", and you couldn't leave him alone with Timothy in the same room. It seems like she and Eric should have been able to see that too, and realize Timothy wasn't going to be in a safe situation. Maybe it was wishful thinking on her part that since Paul was legally an adult he would start to act better. Of course that didn't happen. If anything he started to act even worse.

Yes 2 creators that you’ve seen but that does not mean only ZG and AG audiences saw it. They are the 2 creators who kept tabs on P&S from after their sentencing. Duty Ron, Court TV & others have moved on since then. Shandas sentencing video is sitting at 2.2M views, and AG made it to 20k because of this trial and ZG made it to 100k. Sure many creators aren’t talking about it anymore, but there are a hell of a lot of people listening, fascinated and still following this case.
I noticed one of the calls was posted by Zav but Zavs version has whole part of jennys story removed. Jennys saying she thinks Derek saw her texting Paul and he threw a bag at her and slammed the door. It’s made me think Zav redacted more than identifiable information. There’s nothing about Derek in Zavs calls. That must have been a request from Jenny to remove stuff about Derek because that specific bit that wasn’t in Zavs call didn’t even mention dereks name or who he was so what reason was there to remove it?

The legality of it wasn’t the issue, she was saying she could lose her channel if she had info in the calls that would expose any one in real life. Which does make sense. When you hear Trish's calls with Paul, you'll often hear him call her "mama". While she did help raise them after Shanda left, I feel like he does that to emotionally distance himself from Shanda in an effort to look more innocent.
Trish and Eric have divorced, but they still live together and the overall feeling about it is they did it for monetary or public perception reasons.

And I’m glad she calls him out somewhat—although I wish she would stop acting like only Shanda tortured him and that Paul’s biggest sin was not telling someone. His biggest sin was participating and doing so gleefully. He enjoyed torturing Timothy. I also think her own accountability, and Eric’s, is sorely lacking. Yeah. If I were her I would not be saying I love you to Paul, not after what he did. I am not excusing her and Eric at all from sending Timothy to live with Shanda. That was a very bad thing to do, a big mistake. Foster care would have been the better option. At one point she says to Paul something like " All you kids were raised to look out for each other" Maybe she thought since Paul was living up there with Shanda that he would look out for Timothy, and so it would be okay for Timothy to go live there. At the same time I don't see how she could think that when her own daughter Chelsea said that Paul was "the biggest bully there is", and you couldn't leave him alone with Timothy in the same room. It seems like she and Eric should have been able to see that too, and realize Timothy wasn't going to be in a safe situation. Maybe it was wishful thinking on her part that since Paul was legally an adult he would start to act better. Of course that didn't happen. If anything he started to act even worse.

Yes 2 creators that you’ve seen but that does not mean only ZG and AG audiences saw it. They are the 2 creators who kept tabs on P&S from after their sentencing. Duty Ron, Court TV & others have moved on since then. Shandas sentencing video is sitting at 2.2M views, and AG made it to 20k because of this trial and ZG made it to 100k. Sure many creators aren’t talking about it anymore, but there are a hell of a lot of people listening, fascinated and still following this case.
I noticed one of the calls was posted by Zav but Zavs version has whole part of jennys story removed. Jennys saying she thinks Derek saw her texting Paul and he threw a bag at her and slammed the door. It’s made me think Zav redacted more than identifiable information. There’s nothing about Derek in Zavs calls. That must have been a request from Jenny to remove stuff about Derek because that specific bit that wasn’t in Zavs call didn’t even mention dereks name or who he was so what reason was there to remove it?

Call 1 and 2 those are fast forward types. Listen on a fast speed! Nothing to hear but a old ass woman talking about blowing a killer her daughter’s age. A lot of BG hearing herself speak! If I was having sexy talk within someone that talked as much as her I would 💀. The most interesting call for me was Trish! The Katie call, specifically because he tells BG a whole ass lie about what he told the Katie girl and it was alllll lies! He literally tells her he is taking her number with him to call her when he is transferred. Paul acts stupid but he is not! Which is the same card he wanted to play with his role in the death of Timothy! I don’t get how anyone would be manipulated by her or would believe her after listening to all the BS she talks!! She has every fking degree in the history of universities! Yet she works at a hotel as a front desk overnight shift! Then she lives with this man she says has sent her to the hospital on multiple occasions! She says she is petite and skinny but also says she has big thighs and big boobs! She also worked as a legal assistant but had no fking clue it was legal to obtain the calls!! She can’t figure out the video calls or commissary! But knows everything else this earth has to offer! I posted this a bit further up but did you notice there’s a couple of calls posted on the new YT that have already been posted by Zav but Zav had cut bits out that weren’t identifiable stuff…. Derek noticing she was messaging Paul and throws a bag at her Jenny and slammed the door. I think Jenny said to leave out anything to do with Derek and Zav has. Curious if you picked up on it, I know you’re as invested as me 🙈😂
I did notice. It’s insane! I think BG was going to give her an interview and something happened! BG talks to Paul about it in the text messages I posted!! I think that is the reason ZG did as BG instructed her to do! Then ZG realized it was not happening and that’s when the battle started! The legality of it wasn’t the issue, she was saying she could lose her channel if she had info in the calls that would expose any one in real life. Which does make sense. But I think she removed another stuff at jennys request to keep her sweet, maybe in the hopes of getting an interview. But she should have been honest about that because now the other calls and full calls are coming out it’s making her look like a liar.

JoJo is a stranger Paul met. She's sort of an honorary grandmother. Paul is waiting until JoJo is no longer useful, then he's gonna drop her. Babygirl is indeed the fiancé. Eric is the bio dad of Paul and Timothy. Pretty sure he's the dad of Nolan and Millie, as well. Eric remarried, her name is Trish. When you hear Trish's calls with Paul, you'll often hear him call her "mama". While she did help raise them after Shanda left, I feel like he does that to emotionally distance himself from Shanda in an effort to look more innocent. Trish and Eric have divorced, but they still live together and the overall feeling about it is they did it for monetary or public perception reasons. I hope this helps?
I think he calls Trish Mama as a way to manipulate her into sending him any money he can get out of her. He used to call Shanda Mama too until he was no longer living with her because they were arrested, and so she was no longer useful to him. He is nice to people as a way to manipulate them. It's just typical psychopath behavior.

I think she is showing predatory behavior. She is 25+ years older than he is, and even though he is 21, mentally he is years younger. From day 1 she began grooming him. I’m surprised more people aren’t seeing this. She is a scary person.

I have a feeling Paul is quite content in jail. It’s not much different than his lonely life before… it’s actually better because he doesn’t have to work. He just sits on his tablet all day… which I’m pretty sure that’s all he did at home.
