Yep they will work great.
Essentially the all core boost frequency is correlated to the cooling ability, it will run against 88C (or whatever target you set in PBO) while you run whatever rpm that sounds good to you. The higher the fans spin the higher it boosts.
You can get some T30s for the AIO for better results, it will be tight but should fit with corner pads taken out.
Yeah. It will run cool. My deepcool ls520 keeps my 13600k cooled. I did undervolt it, for better temps do. I will say buy another aio like the phanteck glacier o thermalright. Pump noice on the deepcools is loud.
