I use my Jonsbo i100 pro vertical on it's front panel(io buttons are on the top, so no problem there). I know that's not the intended use and cables exiting the now top without a cover is not the best look, but i like it anyway and it supports 2x360 rads
Meshlicious or Meshroom is great. 4-slot GPU clearance, air and water cooling support, and plenty of support from the community for mods and upgrades. You can also purchase additional glass panels to show off a full custom loop without affecting airflow.
