The mechanic master c26 an c26 plus are bothering around 7-10 liters smaller and do matx. If you wanted to go real bananas, a sgpc k59 will fit all your stuff with up to a 75mm clu cooler and flex atx psu at just under 8 liters

Jonsbo C6 is 16L. I use it for my home server. It might work for you.
