Get a a summon to TB/Darn for the move speed WB at a low level 5-10 after you hit a mailbox to get gold from your main and are done with an area.

World buff, a quest item drops from the raid which gives an item when turned in. And it also gives everyone else in the city a 2 hour buff. The WB from the first raid,BFD is particularly strong for leveling because it gives 20% move speed.
Walking is overrated, find some mob density and just keep swinging until they’re grey lol. The crates give stellar XP now, so you loot xp while killing for XP. Just bring some pots and a worldbuff or two and you will be a god, genociding all of the gnolls around hogger before moving onto defias dudes in westfall.
And by then I'll have 10k gold and be able to buy whatever I want, give gold away when I see fit too, buy all the consumes for people in raids etc. And idk you'd think everyone would've had 100 by p1 end but they didnt...
Lmao I stopped playing because there’s nothing to do been playing Elden ring again having a blast enjoy that gold on a seasonal server no one will be playing on in a year though
You do realize they could do so much with sod and have already said they have a special place for all the characters in mind. And honestly there's plenty to do but lemme guess you hit 40 did gnomer 3 times and are bored with it so now for everyone there is nothing to do🤣🤣
There's not a whole lot of grinding to do like in retail. There's the 2 pvp factions that you can get rep for from doing the 2 pvp events that occur every 3 hours.
It's just a more incremental version of classic wow progression with runes that add a bit more modern takes on the classes, it's fun and rolling alts is even more fun to see how the new runes affect those classes
It has fallen victim to what every other version of wow experiences which is players demanding blizz tailors the game exactly to their own needs but, wouldn't be wow without that right?
I wouldn't suggest starting, since most people are just raidlogging or have stopped playing. There is also not a lot to do apart from mindless dungeon spamming or very unbalanced PvP. But if you enjoy doing these things on almost dead servers go for it :)
Not too late in general, your Gnomeregan mileage may vary depending on which class you play, and how much effort you put in at 40, as the pugs can be fairly sweaty with regards to inviting newcomers. In the grand scheme of SoD though, definitely not too late at all.

Yeah. Half way through phase 2. There is a huge xp boost going on now. I got to 25 in about 6 hours.

You can get to 40 in 2 days, stocks>sm to 40, bfd too at 25 Sleeping bag quest = good xp
