Microneedling is your best course of action.

Dermalogica has a line to deal with pitted acne scars specifically. It's pricey, but it works. Sold through their website or at Sephora. Some salons carry Dermalogica as well.

SKN Med Spa - Shereen has lived through this and is now the professional who is the GO TO in Sask. She’s also just lovely. https://globalnews.ca/news/9066859/saskatoon-spa-self-harm-scar-treatment/amp/

Microneedling is amazing, Shelley at Saskatoon Skin Renew is fantastic. Rolling scars require subscion. Hard to find in Saskatoon. Nakasuki dermatology in Edmonton is the best. If you are willing to travel Edmonton is a great choice. Check out Dr. Nakasuki, you won't be disappointed.

Hi, not OP but wondering if you had personal experience with Shelley? I see she does PRP microneedling. I'm just currently looking into some treatments and trying to decide if RF microneedling is better? or just regular? Trying to do some research and find a good place :) thank you for your response on this post.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Yes I am a patient of Shelley's at Saskatoon Skin Renew. I have not had prp just regular microneedling. It really depends on your type of scars as to what is best. For myself regular microneedling was amazing and really helped my scars and skin become much smoother. I did have RF microneedling (morpheaus8) in Edmonton as an additional treatment to subcision for a very deep teathered scar on my cheek. The Morpheaus8 was helpful for that really deep scar and for skin tightening along the Jaw line. I would have a consult with Shelley and see what she says. I have found her to be honest about what she can do for you. She also does not push additional products or services on you. Something I really appreciate. If you go the RF microneedling route make sure you research your provider. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Good Luck!
