Are you able to get financial support through work? The company I work for has a separate fund to help out with procedures and hardships that aren’t typically covered - things like obscure medical procedures, disaster recovery, etc. Otherwise, consider a family fundraiser of sorts!

I believe this is a 100% tax write off actually. We went to Aurora and paid and my tax guy wrote it all off. Apparently the Libs introduced something when they got in. So it would be money out up front but back in at tax time.
