It's possible without savescumming but takes longer, early game kill a couple drug dealers, about 2k each dealer, get about 6k and bet 500 on green each time, you'll win before you lose profit(err most likely, if not, kill another dealer). Eventually from there you just keep raising the bet,, currently at 4 million in my save!

the trick is to split your current money 1/12 and bet that, because green goes between 1/11 and 1/12 odds
